Fidelity Cash Management

Please ensure that you are using the Fidelity Cash Management Account - Bank connection which points to the following URL:

You may need to use a username/password that is different than the one you use to log in through Fidelity Investments (if you have a Fidelity NetBenefits account, use the same username and password here).

There is a known issue linking the account if the account name and the account type are the same (i.e."Individual") in which case you may receive the following error:

"The account was not recognized by your brokerage. Please check to make sure your credentials are correct and try again."

In this case, we recommend that you log into Fidelity and update the account name (such as "checking', "saving", "cash") before trying to refresh your account on our site to see if that helps resolve the issue you were seeing.
