Why does your site keep asking me to answer additional security questions?

If you've successfully connected your account but you keep being prompted to answer additional security questions for authentication, it may be one of two reasons:

a) You have multiple security questions associated with your account- you may continue to be prompted to answer all security questions until our data provider has had a chance to learn all of the security questions and answers associated with this account. (Please do not remove your connection at any time. Otherwise, you will be required to re-answer all of the security questions over again.)

b) Two factor authentication - unfortunately, you will be required to re-authenticate your account every time you want to sync your account. We hope to be able to have a fix for this in the future but in the meantime, we recommend that you re-sync your accounts about once a month or anytime you change your holdings.
